About Us
We're a fast-growing contracting company in Dubai delivering maintenance, civil, MEP, and fit-out works across villas and commercial properties. We move fast, finish clean, and keep clients coming back. We don't believe in delays, excuses, or half-finished jobs — and we're looking for people who think the same way.
The Role
This is not a desk job. We need a hands-on supervisor who can plan a job before it starts, lead a labor team, jump in with the tools when needed, and close jobs the same day whenever possible. You'll be the person clients see on-site — so you need to know your trade, manage your crew, and represent the company professionally from the moment you arrive. We're looking for someone who works smart and systematic — not someone who shows up, figures it out on site, and makes three trips to the supplier before lunch.
What You'll Do
- Drive the labor team to sites across Dubai in the company van (UAE license required)
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure smooth execution on site
- Lead and manage maintenance technicians and labor teams properly — and work alongside them when needed
- Diagnose and fix common maintenance issues within 15–30 minutes on arrival
- Handle all plumbing works end-to-end — leak detection and repair, valve and mixer replacement, water heater installation, drainage and blockages, pipe rerouting, pressure issues, water tank and pump troubleshooting, sanitary fixture installation
- Execute ceiling works (gypsum, false ceilings, patch and finish)
- Carry out minor electrical works safely and to standard
- Manage fit-out jobs from snagging to handover
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required
- Decide what materials and tools the van needs for each job — no wasted trips
- Source and order materials from Dubai suppliers (Naif, Deira, Ras Al Khor, etc.) at the right price
- Keep the job moving — no delays, no callbacks, no rework
Planning & Execution StandardsThis is the part that separates a good supervisor from an average one. We expect:
- Every job pre-planned before leaving the workshop — materials, tools, and manpower confirmed in advance, not figured out on site
- Correct material selection every time — right specification, right quality, no shortcuts, no low-standard substitutes
- Tight budget control — no wastage, no over-ordering, no unnecessary purchases
- Systematic, organized execution — work follows a clear sequence; nothing random, nothing reactive
- No repeat work — jobs done right the first time, signed off clean, no callbacks
- Fast troubleshooting — issues identified and resolved without unnecessary delays
- No delays — if something can hold up the job, you flag it early and solve it, not after the client calls
If a job goes wrong because of poor planning, weak material choice, or sloppy sequencing — that's on the supervisor. We need someone who owns that.
Records, Reporting & Cost Optimization
- Maintain proper maintenance records, job reports, and site documentation
- Manage spare parts inventory — know what's in stock, what's running low, what's about to expire on the shelf
- Track material usage per job to keep costs visible and accountable
- Support facility improvements and cost optimization initiatives — flag recurring problems, suggest fixes that save money long-term
- Submit clean, on-time reports to management — no chasing required
What You Must Bring Hands-on experience (non-negotiable) in:
- Civil works — blockwork, plaster, tiling, patch repairs
- MEP — mechanical, electrical, and full plumbing scope
- General building maintenance
- Fit-out works — partitions, ceilings, joinery coordination, finishes
You must know:
- What materials each job needs before you leave the workshop
- Where to source materials in Dubai and what the fair price is
- What tools and consumables belong in the van every single day
- How to estimate quantities accurately — neither short nor over-ordered
You must be able to:
- Walk into a villa or office, identify the problem, and start solving it
- Handle any plumbing issue thrown at you — not just the easy ones
- Plan a job mentally before lifting a tool — sequence, materials, manpower, time
- Work under pressure and juggle multiple jobs in a single day without dropping quality
- Lead a small labor team and get real output from them
- Coordinate cleanly with subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers
- Speak clear English with clients, building managers, and suppliers
- Hold a UAE driving license — this is a deal-breaker without it
Who You Are
- Strong communicator and organizer — clear with clients, clear with the crew, clear in reporting
- Practical and fast — you fix things, you don't talk about fixing things
- Calm under pressure — multiple sites, multiple calls, no panic
- Disciplined on-site — site rules, safety, cleanliness, professional conduct, every job
- Quality-driven — you don't sign off on work you wouldn't accept in your own home
- Cost-conscious — you treat company money like your own
- Solution-oriented — when something isn't on the van, you find a way (but it shouldn't happen often)
- Professional with clients — clean appearance, respectful, straight answers
- Commercially aware — you spot follow-up work and bring leads back to the company (strong advantage)
Why Join Us
- Real responsibility from day one — no babysitting, no micromanaging
- Variety of work — villas, offices, retail, fit-outs, emergency calls
- A team that values speed and quality over politics
- Direct access to management — good work gets recognized fast
