Maintenance Fitter

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Fitter to join our installation team. The candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, fitting, assembly, and alignment of equipment/machinery/structures at various client sites across India. The role requires frequent travel, hands-on technical work, and the ability to work independently or with a team under site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to installation sites across India for equipment/machinery/structure fitting and assembly.
• Perform installation, alignment, fitting, welding, or bolting of components as per drawings/requirements.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and clients to complete installation within timelines.
• Troubleshoot issues at the site and coordinate with technical teams for solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear in proper working condition.
• Prepare daily work reports and share with project/site managers.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification (Fitter/Mechanical).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a fitter/installer in site-based work.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India (long-term and short-term assignments).
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments/tools.
• Good knowledge of installation practices, mechanical fittings, and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work under site conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
