Maintenance Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities on the shop floor.
• Perform basic operations such as cutting, grinding, welding, dismantling, and assembling of machines.
• Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of utility equipment including air compressors, pumps, motors, and cooling towers.
• Support breakdown and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe working practices while handling tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to execute work effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI – Fitter/ Diploma in Mechanical.
• Hands-on experience in machine maintenance and utility operations.
• Basic knowledge of cutting, welding, grinding, dismantling, and assembling work.
• Exposure to utility equipment such as air compressors, pumps, motors, and cooling towers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work on the shop floor.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,562.21 - ₹25,326.69 per month
