Maintenance & Enhancement Foreman

Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr (Based on Experience) + Overtime
Full-Time | Start at 6:00 AM | Some Weekends
Yard Location: Patrick Ln & Pecos Rd (near the airport)

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for someone who has led a crew and knows how to keep properties looking clean, green, and beautiful. This job is for someone who loves working outside, leading a team, and making sure every yard looks its best.

Your Day

Maintenance

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and weed
• Prune trees and bushes
• Keep every yard neat and healthy
• Keep your equipment healthy

Enhancement

• Add plants, trees, mulch, and rocks
• Help improve yards with extra work

Irrigation

• Make basic fixes to sprinklers or drip lines including replacing valves
• Check watering schedules and adjust if needed

Leadership

• Be friendly and respectful to clients, answer questions, and make sure they’re happy with the work
• Guide and train crew members
• Plan the day and make sure jobs are done well
• Report problems, delays, or supply needs
• Use a phone or app (like Aspire) to track work

Results:

• Clients are happy with how their property looks
• The crew works hard and works well together
• Small irrigation or plant issues are caught early

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance
• 1+ year leading a crew
• Know how to use common landscape tools
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Can lift 50 lbs and work outside all year
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude, good communicator, and shows up on time
• Experience with Aspire software preferred, or willingness to learn
