About the Property:

Barons CreekSide is a beautiful 26-acre boutique Swiss cabin resort located in Fredericksburg, Texas, surrounded by nature, wildlife, and two creeks. Our property features 20 cabins and houses a vineyard, and an on-site restaurant and wine bar.

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance & Groundskeeper who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality guest environment.

Position Overview:

The Maintenance & Groundskeeper ensures the resort property, cabins, restaurant facilities, and surrounding grounds remain in excellent condition. This position includes general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and upkeep of the property’s landscape and vineyard.

Option for a spouse to work part-time to help us with office management.

Property & Facility Maintenance

· Perform general maintenance and repairs for cabins, buildings, and resort facilities

· Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues

· Maintain maintenance logs, tools, and equipment

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Groundskeeping & Property Care

· Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas across the 26-acre property

· Operate mowing and landscaping equipment

· Monitor irrigation systems and water features

· Maintain creek areas, trails, and guest outdoor spaces

Qualifications

· Experience in property, hotel, or facility maintenance.

· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

· Experience operating landscaping and groundskeeping equipment

· Ability to work flexible hours when needed
