About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance HOD to lead the company’s maintenance operations, ensure smooth functioning of all equipment, and drive continuous improvement across facilities and machinery.

Key Objectives

• Ensure seamless running of the facility and company equipment through effective maintenance management.
• Act as a Repair Manager, actively conducting periodic inspections of all physical equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance norms, and legal regulations.
• Train, guide, and evaluate maintenance staff as the department lead.
• Understand and adopt new global processes, technologies, and best practices for maintenance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance and repair operations within the organisation.
• Prepare, document, and submit detailed reports on budgets, timelines, and maintenance progress.
• Supervise all equipment conditions, upgrades, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Manage maintenance budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
• Identify and improve key areas in facility maintenance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong PLC knowledge.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in maintenance management or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Electrical, PLC, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and various company equipment.
• Experience in managing maintenance budgets, schedules, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Understanding of India-specific industry safety standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of equipment and facility management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,316.56 - ₹63,624.66 per month
