We are looking for Maintenance Incharge.

A maintenance in-charge, often a supervisor or manager, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance within an organization. This includes tasks like scheduling maintenance, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. They also play a key role in preventative maintenance, repairs, and coordinating with other departments or external vendors.

In essence, the maintenance in-charge acts as a central point of contact for all things related to maintaining a functional and safe environment, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
