Maintenance Incharge

• lan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical, and civil as applicable).
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely repairs to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical components.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and control costs within approved limits.
• Participate in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend process or equipment upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
