Maintenance Incharge

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE QUALIFIED IN MECHANICIAL AND HAVE SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF SHEET METAL LIKE WELDING, BENDING, LASER CUTING, TURRET, CNC, VMC, LATHE, POWDER COATING, POWER PRESS, DETAILS OR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY IS BELOW MENTIONED: -

· Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly & annual preventive maintenance plan

· Responsible for the quick respond on breakdown.

· Responsible for the documentation related to preventive maintenance & routine maintenance work.

· Responsible for identifying the critical spare of their stock maintenance.

· Responsible for the installation /shifting of machines

· Troubleshooting of plant electricity during breakdown.

· Responsible for deploying the maintenance team

· Co-ordination with plant for best resolution of issue’s

· To achieve the maintenance targets.

· Maintain the complaint register of quick closure of complaints.

· Responsible for the indenting of spares & maintenance related items.

· Follow up with external service providers (AMC) for quick closer of result.

· Responsible for the MIS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1–4 Years

SALARY: ₹2,00,000 TO 3,00,000 CTC PER YEAR (BASED ON INTERVIEW IF PERON IS MORE KNOWLEDGABLE THAN 10-15% HIKE ON CURRENT SALARY)
