Maintenance Incharge (Civil)

• Structural Inspection: Regularly inspecting buildings, infrastructure (roads, bridges, drainage), and facilities to identify damage, deterioration, or safety hazards.
• Maintenance & Repair: Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance on structural elements, including roofing, concrete, steel structures, and plumbing systems.
• Project Management: Managing maintenance contractors, subcontractors, and in-house technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work; producing reports for management.
• Budget & Material Management: Ordering materials, tools, and components; managing the maintenance budget for projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
