Maintenance Landscape Crew Leader

G&G Landscape Solutions is a proud, locally owned, full-service landscape company with over 30 years of experience serving the Charlotte metro area. We specialize in hardscape and landscape design, expert installation, and ongoing maintenance — transforming outdoor spaces into stunning works of art.

We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading crews in the field, training team members, holding employees accountable, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on every property. The Crew Lead plays a key role in daily operations while working alongside the crew to maintain G&G’s high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew daily
• Train and develop crew members in proper landscape practices
• Hold employees accountable for quality, productivity, and attendance
• Manage daily jobsite efficiency and labor hours
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with management
• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure properties meet company quality standards
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred
• Experience leading or supervising crews
• Strong knowledge of landscape equipment operation (mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, sprayers)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay from $21/hour based on experience
• Weekly pay with true overtime after 40 hours
• Benefits available after 90 days including PTO, holidays, and retirement program
