Maintenance & Landscaping Assistant Summer Job P/T

Residential community in Cortlandt Manor, NY seeks a hard-working person to assist manager with landscaping and general grounds and facility upkeep.

Skills required: experienced operator of lawnmower and landscaping equipment including hedge trimmer and weed wacker. Please mention this in your email, as well as how you would be getting to work.

Applicant must be 17 years of age or older, someone who enjoys working outdoors and who is friendly, dependable and physically capable of handling the equipment and job responsibilities.

Part-time position begins immediately. Tuesday - Saturday, 20 hours per week through Labor Day. Some flexibility on hours for the right candidate. Additional hours may be available during September and October.
