Maintenance Lawn Care Foremen

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Land Care Crew Leader to oversee operations within assigned crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, leading a 3-4 member maintenance crew, ensuring all safety standards are enforced, routine equipment checks, and ensuring efficient and effective time tracking via LMN - Crew App. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of safety regulations.

Duties

• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Utilize LMN - Landscape Management Software to track routes and time spent on job.
• Manage your teams day-to-day schedule and tasks.
• Implement quality control and maintain high standards for all Maintenance Contracts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Attend monthly Maintenance Manager/Safety Meetings
• Ensure budget hours are met on jobs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the Landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance terminology, policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with LMN - Landscape Management software is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of quality control and safety standards.
• Proficient in understanding work flow, scheduling and crew members strengths.
• Ability to effectively operate all Landscaping Equipment - Mower, Zero Turn, Weed Eater, Trimmers, Blowers. Median Level of routine maintenance of all equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
