Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the overall upkeep, maintenance, and preservation of the apartment community. The primary objectives of this role are to maintain the property in excellent condition, protect the owner’s investment, and minimize operating expenses whenever possible.

This position requires a hands-on maintenance professional with broad technical knowledge. The Maintenance Lead must be able to independently perform a wide range of maintenance tasks related to building operations, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, heating, air conditioning, and appliance repair.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Turning vacant apartments to prepare for new move-ins
• Maintaining community grounds and common areas
• Completing and managing resident service requests and work orders
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective repairs and preventative maintenance
• Overseeing maintenance operations to maintain quality and consistency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
