Maintenance Lead / Supervisor - Apartment Community

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:

A/C and heating systems

Electrical and plumbing

Appliances

Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings

Tile, carpet, flooring

Ceiling leaks

• Working hand in hand with the Property Manager to ensure all Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants

Requirements

• At least +2 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• EPA or HVAC Certification
• Chiller System knowledge, a plus
