Maintenance Lead Technician

Seeking highly motivated Maintenance Lead to join our team at our beautiful apartment community in the St. Petersburg area. Must have a great work ethic, attention to detail and great self-sufficient worker. HVAC experience is required. Base pay is based on skills, experience and leadership level. Responsibilities Include:

• All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance
• Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Completing service requests
• Grounds maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• HVAC certification
• Prior apartment make-ready & work-order experience
• Plumbing & electrical skills
• Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
• Own tools & transportation
• Strong communication skills
