Maintenance Manager

OVERVIEW

An opportunity in the maintenance department of a reputed valve manufacturing company for an experienced engineer having an urge to grow and assume a leadership role.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics

COMPETENCY

• Having knowledge & working experience (minimum 5 years) in

- Managing activities related to maintenance of Plant & Machinery of a Manufacturing Unit

- Preference will be given to applicants having knowledge & experience in maintenance of CNC Machine, PLC Machine, DG Synchronizing Panel and Power Factor Panel

• Shall be smart to use computer apps like MS Excel in day-to-day activities for efficient working
• Shall be able to do written correspondence in English and communicate verbally in Hindi or Bengali
• Preference will be given for having working experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring minimum down-time of machines by quick restoration of break-downs
• Ensuring preventive maintenance at scheduled time
• Smart planning, storage and record keeping of spare’s stock
• Ensure compliances related to safe working
• Explore and implement new technologies e.g. Automation
• Coordinating the commissioning & Installation of new machinery & equipment
