We are seeking a high-caliber
Maintenance Manager
with extensive experience in field service operations, preferably in the elevators and escalators industry.
Job Responsibilities include:

Plan, organize, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for elevators and escalators to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing daily guidance, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities.

Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules while ensuring optimal allocation of manpower, tools, and spare parts.

Enforce United’s strict safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with company standards, local regulations, and international safety requirements.

Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., response time, uptime, customer satisfaction) and provide regular performance reports and improvement recommendations to the CEO.

Collaborate closely with the procurement and supply chain teams to secure spare parts availability and minimize downtime.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in supervising field maintenance teams, preferably in elevators/escalators or related industries.
