Maintenance Manager

• Job title: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all maintenance activities across fuel station sites.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for fuel systems, electrical networks, pumps, canopies, and other station facilities.

• Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely repair and maintenance services.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (HSE & QA/QC).

• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.

• Lead and train maintenance teams to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in fuel stations, oil & gas, or facility operations.

• Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and fuel systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
