Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a "Maintenance Manager " for our customer.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activites for production on and utility

systems.

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize

equipment availability.

Lead and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance teams across two facilities.

Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely response to breakdowns or

malfunctions.

Prioritize health, safety, and food quality compliance in all maintenance activities.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability

and ensure GMP and food safety standards are upheld.

Manage spare parts inventory, procurement requests, and maintenance-related budgets.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and technical regulations.

Provide technical support for equipment installations, modifications, and new projects.

Prepare maintenance performance reports and propose improvement actions.

Support con nuous improvement and energy efficiency projects within the plant.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance in a managerial role, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of preven ve and predic ve maintenance systems.

Proven experience in managing mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.

Familiarity with food industry quality and safety systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.

Sound understanding of u lity systems including compressed air, boiler, cooling, and generator. Emphasis on health, safety, and compliance in daily opera ons.

Intermediate level of English, sufficient for technical documenta on and supplier communica on. Strong leadership, analy cal, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proac ve approach to maintenance management.
