Maintenance Manager

To ensure smooth, efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing operations by managing the preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, plant infrastructure, and technical utilities at Alsorg Interiors’ production facility. Responsible for enhancing equipment reliability, safety, and overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for all production machinery (woodworking CNC machines, edge banding, laminating, finishing equipment, etc.)

Ensure timely troubleshooting and quick resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime

Maintain updated documentation of machine maintenance history, technical manuals, and AMC records

Process & Equipment Improvement: Monitor equipment performance; identify improvement opportunities to reduce operational costs and enhance output

Collaborate with Production team for calibration and accuracy of cutting/profiling machines

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring machine failures and establish permanent fixes

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines within the plant

Conduct periodic inspections of plant utilities such as air supply systems, electrical panels, dust collectors, fire safety units, etc.

Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with OEMs and external vendors for machine servicing, spare parts procurement, and AMC management

Manage and control annual maintenance budgets, inventory of spare parts, and consumables.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field

5–10+ years of experience in plant or production machinery maintenance (preferably in furniture/interior manufacturing industry)

Strong knowledge of CNC woodworking machines, PLC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls

Hands-on experience in TPM, Kaizen, Lean maintenance management practices

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
