Maintenance Manager

Visit store to understand issues along with store Mangers, plan duty roaster of maintenance team reporting to him, delegate / get weekly, monthly preventive maintenance task to be done by team. Coordinate with 3rd party agencies to address complaints like Air conditioning (AMC), cold and hot display machines, do health check done of equipment, wiring, DG set, Review dashboards to monitor consumption. Introduce Electricity saving methods, coordinate with purchase team to raise requisition of materials, maintain stock of materials received / issued to stores.

6. Qualification Required : Diploma / Degree in relevant field or have work experience (basic English / Telegu)

7. Work Experience Required: 8-10 yrs min (in years)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
