Maintenance Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at SSEI , Wadala. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, overseeing equipment inspection, managing the maintenance budget, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
• Manage the maintenance budget
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed
• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department
• Monitor and inspect all maintenance activities
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve any maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Train and supervise maintenance staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
