Maintenance Manager

· Man Power Handling & Man power development.

Prepare work order, work requisition

· Following with AMC vendors and complete the pm service 100% and vendors payments

· To organize collect of data(fuel, power, air, water, store issues) and prepare monthly report

· Prepare MIS report of maintenance

· Prepare and adhering preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment .

· Responsible for monitoring of planned maintenance plan.

· Ensure all department activity are in compliance with the all safety and quality standard. Work execution with all necessary personal protective equipment to nullify the incident and accident.

· Responsible for scheduling and execution of routine and shut down maintenance of equipment.

· Tracking history for each equipment and analyzing the root cause for failure

· To maintain weekly & monthly Preventive & Predictive Report

· To maintain 5`S and fully responsible for it.

· Responsible for maintenance inventory and critical spare parts.

·· Ensure the required tool and equipment availability to shift personnel.

· Responsible for implement the activity to achieve the target in terms of safety, machine, downtime, delivery, cost& morale e.g. machine breakdown time %, breakdown frequency.

· Documents related to preventive maintenance as per ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.

· Managed continuing improvement by managing audit schedule and auditors.

· Support to installation and commissioning of new machine and modification work of plant.

· Support the team for rectifying the breakdown on running machine.

· Ensure timely implementation of counter measure to reduce machine breakdown and maintenance cost.

· Prepare weekly/monthly performance report for predictive and preventive maintenance

· Ensuring and verifying the quality of spare receiving in maintenance store from supplier.

· Handling PPEs , Fire Extinguishers Fire hydrant system, Tools.

· Handling & understand the Operator problems and solve the Problem with technical assessment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,090.60 - ₹69,012.11 per month
