Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager from the Blow Molding manufacturing industry to lead maintenance operations and ensure maximum machine uptime. The role includes managing preventive & breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and optimizing maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities:

A blow mold operators' job is to set up, operate, and monitor blow molding machines that produce hollow plastic objects.

• Should have hydraulic knowledge
• Maintain blow molding machines and utilities
• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead maintenance team and ensure 24/7 equipment readiness.
• Reduce maintenance costs through spare optimization, vendor negotiation, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance logs, safety compliance, and documentation.
• Improve machine reliability, OEE, and support installation/commissioning of new equipment.

Qualification & Experience

• B.tech in Mechanical,
• 8 - 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, blow moulding is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
