Maintenance Manager

A maintenance head in AAC block manufacturing is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations of machinery and equipment used in the AAC block production process. Their duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, planning preventive maintenance, reducing machine downtime, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

• Managing maintenance budgets, inventory of materials, and staff training and development.
• Responding to maintenance emergencies with willingness to work flexible hours when required.
• Leading continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
