Epitome Components Pvt Ltd has Opening for Sr. Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Manager

Qualification: BE / Diploma – Electrical / ENTC

Experience : 6 to 10 yrs

Location: Supa, Ahmednagar .

Salary: No bar for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Attend machine breakdowns to ensure continuous production line operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in Siemens / Omron / Mitsubishi / Delta PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.
• Handle IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / Customer Audits and maintain documentation as per standards.
• Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules (Mandatory).
• Manage critical spare parts, ensuring min/max stock levels (Mandatory).
• Perform machine installation and commissioning activities (Mandatory).
• Lead and support unionized maintenance teams, including training and skill development.
• Knowledge of blower and vertical pump repair (Mandatory).
• Troubleshoot electronic components and card-based systems.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress or critical situations.
• Manage all aspects of Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety norms.
