Maintenance Manager / Sr. Maintenance Manager
Location: Daman

Experience: 12–20 Years
Qualification: BE Electrical / B.Tech Electrical / DEE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all electrical maintenance activities across the plant.
• Manage mechanical maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of all equipment.
• Handle utility maintenance, including chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, pumps, and related systems.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure high machine availability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for maintenance-related requirements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and safety compliance for all maintenance operations.
• Manage and guide the maintenance team to achieve department targets.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in packaging or similar manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
