Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage the maintenance function of our automatic corrugation plant. The role is responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, minimizing breakdowns, improving machine efficiency, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance systems across the plant.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, drive, sensors & hydraulic troubleshooting and allied utilities, with the ability to lead a technical team and coordinate with production to meet business goals.

Core competencies :

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance
• Ensure maximum machine uptime and reduced unplanned stoppages
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and electrical norms
• Coordinate with external service providers and AMC vendors when required
• Plan and control critical spares inventory to avoid production loss
• Optimize maintenance cost without compromising equipment reliability
• Support ISO / FSC / Customer audits related to maintenance and safety compliance.
• Support new machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
