Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery including corrugation, slotting, die-cutting, pasting, and stitching machines.
• Oversee electrical systems such as control panels, motors, drives, wiring, and basic PLC-related components.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and electricians, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for machine servicing, spare parts, and installations.
• Maintain maintenance records, spare inventory, and ensure compliance with ISO and safety requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
