Key Accountabilities:

Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment to guarantee a smooth workflow.

Working with the manufacturing, operations and quality manager to review and monitor quality and process improvements and new product development.

Prepare and monitor annual preventive maintenance plan to minimize failures and breakdowns.

Identify the maintenance function priorities and goals to deliver the AOP.

Ensures efficient maintenance strategy in light of cost rationalization to assure cost saving.

Develop a proper control procedure for maintenance such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing, machinery to maintain an organized workflow.

Communicate with production department to determine equipment and maintenance needs.

Ensures that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to production & other departments to guarantee optimum process efficiency

Ensures safe operating conditions exists throughout the facilities and correct any unsafe conditions to ensure a safe work environment.

Sets maintenance team performance standards to achieve the highest performance.
Academic and professional qualifications:
-
Bachelor of Engineering.
-
Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
Experience:
-
8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment / FMCG Background is preferred
