Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager/Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in the Solvent, Chemical, or Petrochemical industries. The role involves overseeing the maintenance of plant equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the maintenance operations of all plant equipment and machinery, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

· Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.

· Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, and other technical issues to ensure smooth plant operations.

· Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment improvements and upgrades.

· Monitor maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize the use of resources to achieve operational efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.

· Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and equipment history.

· Participate in the commissioning and decommissioning of plant equipment and machinery as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
