Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage maintenance operations for our property management portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure all assets are maintained efficiently through effective planning and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all maintenance activities across properties

Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance programs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Prepare maintenance reports and manage maintenance budgets

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in property management maintenance

Strong experience in Preventive & Reactive Maintenance (PM & RM)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

Good technical, organizational, and leadership skills

Ability to join immediately
