Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a " Maintenance Manager " for our customer.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities for production and utility systems
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability
• Lead and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely response to breakdowns or malfunctions
• Prioritize health, safety, and food quality compliance in all maintenance activities
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and ensure GMP and food safety standards are upheld
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement requests, and maintenance-related budgets
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and technical regulations
• Provide technical support for equipment installations, modifications, and new projects
• Prepare maintenance performance reports and propose improvement actions
• Support continuous improvement and energy efficiency projects within the plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance in a managerial role, preferably in the food manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems
• Proven experience in managing mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
• Familiarity with food industry quality and safety systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
• Sound understanding of utility systems, including compressed air, boiler, cooling, and generator
• Emphasis on health, safety, and compliance in daily operations
• Intermediate level of English, sufficient for technical documentation and supplier communication
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to maintenance management
• Located in Edirne or able to move there
