Maintenance Manager

We’re supporting a long-time client with a key leadership search in the food manufacturing sector offering an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Manager.

This hands-on leadership role oversees all maintenance operations including, driving uptime, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and departmental KPIs. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical knowledge, food manufacturing experience, and a leadership style that’s both coaching-oriented and execution-driven.

Position Highlights:

• 4 direct reports. Total team ~25.

• Food manufacturing experience required.

• Strong electrical & CMMS background (CAMS/SAP)

• 50% floor / 50% office balance

• Relocation available
