Skills:
Strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining batching plants, block machines, and rebar cut & bend equipment.
Leadership and team management skills with ability to plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cost control skills with focus on safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in maintenance strategies, plant reliability, and breakdown management.
Good knowledge of HSE regulations, reporting, and maintenance planning systems.
