About The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations at a metal fabrication facility in greater Nashville. The ideal candidate would has proven tube laser maintenance experience and can ensure equipment reliability to support production goals.

Requirements

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fabrication equipment, with a focus on tube laser systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Will be responsible for 24/7 on-call coverage
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience maintaining and repairing tube/flat lasers preferred.
• 3+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and work with electrical/mechanical systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
