Maintenance Manager

Seven Hills Maintenance is seeking an experienced and capable Maintenance Manager for the Eugene area and the surrounding communities. The position is full-time and the applicant would report daily to our Eugene office.

A pre-employment background check and drug test would be required.

Overview of responsibilities:

Maintenance Manager will handle all scheduling of jobs and working closely with maintenance techs. They will be required to enter work orders into software and dispatch staff to deal with them. They will be required to follow up to confirm the task was completed.

• Impeccable English and Grammar
• Ability to draft coherent emails and letters
• Exemplary Time Management Skills
• Exemplary Self Motivation Skills
• Four years of Construction experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
