As Maintenance Manager, you'll own the reliability and performance of two manufacturing facilities in the New Berlin/Brookfield area. You'll build programs, lead people, and make decisions that directly impact production uptime, product quality, and the company's ability to scale. • ns:5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years leading a t
