Position Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: New Berlin / Brookfield, Wisconsin

As Maintenance Manager, you'll own the reliability and performance of two manufacturing facilities in the New Berlin/Brookfield area. You'll build programs, lead people, and make decisions that directly impact production uptime, product quality, and the company's ability to scale. Required Qualificatio

  • ns:5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years leading a t
  • eamHands-on experience implementing or managing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) — this is a m
  • ustPreferred experience includes a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, OR hands on the job experie
