Maintenance Manager – CCM (Continuous Compression Molding) Machines

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in CCM (Continuous Compression Molding) machines – SACMI technology, utilities, and plant maintenance operations. The candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, managing breakdown analysis, and optimizing spare parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate manpower for daily maintenance activities.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure smooth functioning of CCM machines and utility equipment.
• Oversee maintenance of utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, hydraulic power packs, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits effectively.
• Manage and monitor critical spare parts inventory.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM and 5S.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CCM (Continuous Compression Molding) machines – SACMI preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in mechanical maintenance.
• Excellent understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of plant utilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required

10–15 years of experience in maintenance with hands-on experience in CCM machines and plant utilities.
