Summary/Objective
EnviroSmart d/b/a ES Integrated is seeking qualified Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, performance, and lifecycle management of all mobile and non-mobile assets. This role ensures efficient fleet operations, cost-effective repair strategies, and high equipment reliability while leading a team of mechanics and controlling maintenance budgets.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment (mobile assets).
- Manage upkeep of non-mobile assets, including facilities equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Track and optimize asset performance, uptime, and reliability.
- Analyze and manage total lifecycle costs for all assets, including acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop long-term asset replacement and capital planning strategies.
- Monitor and control repair costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset histories.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of mechanics and maintenance personnel.
- Assign and prioritize daily work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the maintenance department budget.
- Track expenses, including labor, parts, and external services.
- Ensure cost control measures are in place and adhered to.
- Prepare reports on maintenance KPIs, costs, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and ensure asset availability.
- Implement maintenance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and external service providers.
- Utilize maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and optimize workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10+ years of experience in fleet and/or asset maintenance management.
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, fleet operations, and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Starting hourly pay is based on experience and credentials.
