Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising preventive & breakdown maintenance of fire & safety systems across multiple client sites. The role requires strong technical expertise, team handling, client coordination, and strict adherence to safety and statutory norms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance Planning & Execution
- Plan and implement preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance schedules for:
- Fire Hydrant Systems
- Sprinkler Systems
- Fire Alarm & Detection Systems
- Fire Pumps (Diesel / Electric / Jockey)
- Fire Extinguishers & Safety Equipment
- Ensure zero system downtime at client sites.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans.
2. Team & Manpower Management
- Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and service staff.
- Allocate manpower site-wise and ensure attendance & productivity.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks (TBT) and safety briefings.
- Ensure technicians are equipped with proper PPE & safety kits.
3. Client Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact for AMC clients.
- Attend client meetings, inspections, and audits.
- Address complaints, emergency call-outs, and service escalations professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all systems comply with:
- NBC norms
- Fire department guidelines
- Local statutory requirements
- Maintain proper records:
- Maintenance reports
- Service logs
- Inspection checklists
- AMC documentation
- Prepare reports for management on performance, issues, and improvements.
5. Tools, Spares & Asset Management
- Ensure availability and maintenance of tools, testing instruments, and safety equipment.
- Coordinate with stores for spares planning and inventory control.
- Prevent losses, damages, or misuse of company assets.
6. Emergency Handling & Troubleshooting
- Handle fire system failures, alarms, pump breakdowns, and emergency situations.
- Provide quick root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
- Support commissioning and handover of new installations when required.
7. Training & Process Improvement
- Train technicians on:
- System operation
- Safety procedures
- Standard maintenance practices
- Suggest improvements in maintenance processes, checklists, and response time.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering (Fire & Safety preferred)
- Certification or hands-on experience in Fire Protection Systems will be an advantage
Experience Required
- 5–8 years of experience in:
- Fire & Safety maintenance
- Industrial / Commercial maintenance projects
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Fire hydrant & sprinkler systems
- Fire pumps & controllers
- Fire alarm & detection systems
- Ability to read drawings, layouts, and schematics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
