Maintenance Manager (Hotel Pre-Opening Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our growing hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel pre-opening, setup, and technical operations, ensuring all engineering systems and facilities are fully operational and compliant with hotel standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel maintenance management, with at least 2 years in pre-opening projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of hotel building systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance operations, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team during the pre-opening and post-opening phases.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during the setup and commissioning stages.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support the hotel management team in achieving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
