Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of all maintenance activities across the facility.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to optimize equipment uptime.
- Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
- Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including low voltage and high voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools; perform repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with production departments to minimize downtime during maintenance activities while maintaining safety protocols.
- Ensure all facilities management tasks are performed in accordance with safety regulations such as HVAC systems, electrical codes, and industrial standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using CMMS software.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and promote a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with project management teams on new installations or upgrades involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.
Requirements
- Proven management or supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems (including low voltage and high voltage), and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters.
- Experience working with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety standards related to industrial environments.
- Ability to read technical schematics and electrical diagrams fluently in English.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Project management skills for coordinating maintenance projects efficiently from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and coordination across departments.
