Job Description:

Work Schedule: 10:30pm-7am, call required one week every 9 weeks.

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs mechanical equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper function, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinates repairs, vendors, and materials while maintaining inventory and documentation.
  • Responds to emergency maintenance needs and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions

  • General maintenance skills and willingness to learn new processes or skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to utilize computers to document all assigned tasks

  • Ability to follow instructions and learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter, with the ability to work weekends and or call without supervision

  • Ability to climb ladders or heights

  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more

  • Must have good aural and visual ability to observe operations of equipment to detect malfunctioning and to determine procedures for duties to which assigned
