What You’ll Do
-
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
-
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-
Maintain accurate repair logs and assist with inventory tracking
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
-
Support operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and waste
-
Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs
-
Use basic PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley RS Logix 500)
-
Perform basic welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and electrical diagnostics (24V–480V)
Requirements
What You Bring
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Degree or certification in a technical trade or maintenance-related field
-
Minimum 3 years of related experience (required)
-
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
-
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (bending, climbing, crawling)
-
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
-
Willingness to work in hot/cold conditions and confined spaces
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use

Welders, torches, saws, grinders, drills, rigging equipment

Forklifts, man lifts, ladders, scaffolding

Automated systems: palletizers, conveyors, fillers, cappers, coders, pumps, gearboxes
