This is a skilled position that repairs and maintains buildings, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and other mechanical equipment. Work involves performing general maintenance in miscellaneous mechanical and building trades. This position may supervise a small number of employees. Work is performed without close supervision but is reviewed while in progress and upon completion.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS-
Medium work that involves walking, standing, stooping, jumping, stretching, or lifting constantly and also involves exerting up to 50 pounds of force regularly or exceptional skill, adeptness, and speed in the use of fingers, hands, or limbs in tasks involving very close tolerances or limits of accuracy.

Exposure to bright/dim light, dust, pollen, extreme heat/cold, wet/humid conditions, extreme noise levels, animals/wildlife, vibration, fumes/noxious odors, traffic, and moving machinery.

Normal visual acuity, field of vision, hearing, speaking, color perception, sense of smell, depth perception, and texture perception.
