Maintenance MEP Supervisor

Job Description – MEP Supervisor B CLASS License Holders

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Education:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Electrical and HVAC systems

Salary:

• ₹27,500/- Take Home per month

Shift Duration:

• 8 hours per shift

License Requirement:

• Must possess a valid B Class Electrical License

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP activities at site
• Oversee electrical and HVAC system operations and maintenance
• Ensure work execution as per safety standards and schedules
• Monitor technicians’ performance and work quality
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare daily reports and ensure compliance with statutory norms

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems
• Good supervisory and coordination skills
• Ability to handle site operations efficiently
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
