Maintenance Multi technician (HVAC - Electrician - Plumper ) with UAE Experience

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Multi Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and safety in residential, commercial, or facility environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC units (split, package, and ducted systems).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, sockets, wiring, and control panels.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including water lines, drainage, pumps, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
• Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure all work is carried out following safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Support other maintenance team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients on job status and recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE as a Multi Technician.
• Proven experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC field preferred.
• Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Physically fit and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Residential, commercial, or facility maintenance projects.
• May require working in shifts or emergency calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
