Maintenance operations Inspector

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Inspector to oversee field inspections, monitor technician performance, ensure service quality standards, support technical troubleshooting, and enhance customer satisfaction across maintenance operations in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HVAC/AC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance services, along with experience supervising field teams and managing day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of daily maintenance jobs to ensure work is completed according to quality standards and company procedures
• Monitor technician attendance, productivity, professionalism, and adherence to safety requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during troubleshooting and complex repair activities
• Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
• Identify and recommend potential maintenance solutions and service opportunities for customers
• Address customer concerns and escalations professionally while ensuring high service standards
• Conduct site inspections and surveys for quotation and project assessment purposes
• Ensure proper documentation of work activities, including reports, photographs, and job closure records
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports covering:
• Sites visited
• Technicians monitored
• Quality observations/issues
• Business development or upselling opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge in:
• HVAC/AC systems
• Plumbing systems
• Electrical maintenance
• General maintenance operations
• Experience in field inspections, team supervision, or operational monitoring
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• UAE driving license preferred
• Diploma or technical certification in a relevant discipline preferred
